The book deals with the various situations we face in our daily lives, from the moment we wake up, untill we fall asleep. This includes choosing to sart the day free of worries, ratehr that continuing to think about what we did yesterday or what will we do in a month´s time.We also address the issue of preparing to go to work or run our businesses. Similarly, we can choose to burden our mnds with multiple concerns before facing what lies ahead.. This has become so commonplace that we have come to believe the person who worries the most is the most responsible.In many other areas, such as food, finances, personal relationships or illness, we worry so much that we forget to enjoy life.I the book we explore ways to deal with this situations and try to keep our mind fresh and motivated.
